There are pantry staples. Then there are staples. Believe me – there is a difference!
Just like milk is to our cereal and spinach is to our salad, honey oat bars are a pantry staple that are always trying to sneak their way into the nearest biscuit tin, not waiting long to get gobbled up. (seriously, my sister and I could eat a whole tray of these in 1 sitting!)
You can use them to stir through your yoghurt, sprinkle on your ice-cream, and even make granola out of them by sprinkling the mixture over a baking tray and baking until nice and crispy!
The possibilities are diverse. endless. and delicious.
Another fab thing about this recipe is it is sooooooo quick and easy – think wet dry combine! (then eat mixture :P)
